The cold winter months in Slovenia are the time of traditional slaughters on which home-made meat products are prepared for the entire year. And at the same time it makes a good party for friends, neighbors, sometimes even you! :)
We invite you to a modern culinary experience, where we will enjoy the most beautiful part of the koline (slaughters) - socializing with friends and tasting fresh, homemade, maybe even a bit of forgotten dishes. In order to make it all the more interesting, the program will not only be pork, but of course we will also walk through modern world trends in the preparation of delicious meat dishes.
Join us! In hot flames and hot grills, we will combine cold and winter together with a chosen drink and a meal.

Yakitori (japanese barbecue): skimmer with marinated chicken; and for those with carnivorous hearts, marinated chicken hearts
Hot bowl: a clear soup from the pork back with spoon dumplings

Hot and hot: slowly smoked beef and crispy baked juicy flam, roasted potatoes on greens and chives, homemade kimchi and winter vegetables
